ಸೊಲೊ ಮೋನನು ಹೀರಾಮನಿಗೆ ಅವನ ಮನೆಯವರ ಆಹಾರ ಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ಅಳತೆ ಗೋಧಿಯನ್ನೂ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಅಳತೆ ಶುದ್ಧವಾದ ಎಣ್ಣೆಯನ್ನೂ ಕೊಟ್ಟನು. ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನು ಹೀರಾಮನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ವರುಷ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದನು.

- 10ಹೀಗೆ ಹೀರಾಮನು ತನ್ನ ಇಚ್ಚೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನಿಗೆ ದೇವದಾರು ಮರಗ ಳನ್ನೂ ತುರಾಯಿ ಮರಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕೊಟ್ಟನು.
- 11ಸೊಲೊ ಮೋನನು ಹೀರಾಮನಿಗೆ ಅವನ ಮನೆಯವರ ಆಹಾರ ಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ಅಳತೆ ಗೋಧಿಯನ್ನೂ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಅಳತೆ ಶುದ್ಧವಾದ ಎಣ್ಣೆಯನ್ನೂ ಕೊಟ್ಟನು. ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನು ಹೀರಾಮನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ವರುಷ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದನು.
- 12ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಕರ್ತನು ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನಿಗೆ ವಾಗ್ದಾನಮಾಡಿದಂತೆ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟನು. ಹೀರಾಮನಿಗೂ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನಿಗೂ ಸಮಾಧಾನ ಉಂಟಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಅವರಿಬ್ಬರೂ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆ ಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರು.
- 13ಆಗ ಅರಸನಾದ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನು ಸಮಸ್ತ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರಿಂದ ಬಿಟ್ಟೀ ಆಳುಗಳನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡನು. ಆ ಬಿಟ್ಟೀ ಆಳುಗಳ ಲೆಕ್ಕವು ಮೂವತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ಜನವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಅವನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಲೆಬನೋನಿಗೆ ಕಳು ಹಿಸಿದನು.
