My servants shall bring [them] down from Lebanon unto the sea: and I will convey them by sea in floats unto the place that thou shalt appoint me, and will cause them to be discharged there, and thou shalt receive [them:] and thou shalt accomplish my desire, in giving food for my household.

1. 7ಹೀರಾಮನು ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನ ಮಾತು ಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ ಬಹು ಸಂತೋಷಪಟ್ಟು--ಈ ಮಹಾ ಜನರ ಮೇಲೆ ಜ್ಞಾನವುಳ್ಳ ಮಗನನ್ನು ದಾವೀದನಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಕರ್ತನು ಈ ಹೊತ್ತು ಸ್ತುತಿಸಲ್ಪಡಲಿ ಅಂದನು.
2. 8ಹೀರಾಮನು ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಸೇವಕರನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ--ನೀನು ಹೇಳಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ್ದನ್ನು ನಾನು ಕೇಳಿ ದ್ದೇನೆ. ದೇವದಾರು ಮರಗಳ ವಿಷಯವೂ ತುರಾಯಿ ಮರಗಳ ವಿಷಯವೂ ನೀನು ಇಚ್ಚೈಸಿದ್ದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ನಾನು ಮಾಡುವೆನು.
3. 9ನನ್ನ ಸೇವಕರು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಲೆಬ ನೋನಿನಿಂದ ಸಮುದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದ ಮೇಲೆ ನೀನು ನನಗೆ ನೇಮಿಸಿದ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಪ್ಪವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿ ಸಮುದ್ರದಿಂದ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಮಾಡುವೆನು. ನೀನು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ನನ್ನ ಮನೆಯವರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಆಹಾರವನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟು ನನ್ನ ಇಚ್ಚೆಯನ್ನು ತೀರಿಸುವಿ ಅಂದನು.
4. 10ಹೀಗೆ ಹೀರಾಮನು ತನ್ನ ಇಚ್ಚೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನಿಗೆ ದೇವದಾರು ಮರಗ ಳನ್ನೂ ತುರಾಯಿ ಮರಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕೊಟ್ಟನು.
5. 11ಸೊಲೊ ಮೋನನು ಹೀರಾಮನಿಗೆ ಅವನ ಮನೆಯವರ ಆಹಾರ ಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ಅಳತೆ ಗೋಧಿಯನ್ನೂ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಅಳತೆ ಶುದ್ಧವಾದ ಎಣ್ಣೆಯನ್ನೂ ಕೊಟ್ಟನು. ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನು ಹೀರಾಮನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ವರುಷ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದನು.
