ಅದರಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯರನ್ನು ಸೆರೆಹಿಡಿದು ಹಿರಿಯರ ನ್ನಾದರೂ ಕಿರಿಯರನ್ನಾದರೂ ಕೊಂದುಹಾಕದೆ ಅವ ರನ್ನು ಸೆರೆಯಾಗಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ತಮ್ಮ ಮಾರ್ಗ ವಾಗಿ ಹೊರಟುಹೋದರು.

- 2ಅದರಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯರನ್ನು ಸೆರೆಹಿಡಿದು ಹಿರಿಯರ ನ್ನಾದರೂ ಕಿರಿಯರನ್ನಾದರೂ ಕೊಂದುಹಾಕದೆ ಅವ ರನ್ನು ಸೆರೆಯಾಗಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ತಮ್ಮ ಮಾರ್ಗ ವಾಗಿ ಹೊರಟುಹೋದರು.
- 3ದಾವೀದನೂ ಅವನ ಜನರೂ ಆ ಪಟ್ಟಣಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ಇಗೋ, ಅದು ಬೆಂಕಿಯಿಂದ ಸುಟ್ಟು ಹಾಕಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿತ್ತು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವರ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯರೂ ಕುಮಾರರೂ ಕುಮಾರ್ತೆಯರೂ ಸೆರೆಯಾಗಿ ಒಯ್ಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರು.
- 4ದಾವೀದನೂ ಅವನ ಸಂಗಡವಿದ್ದ ಜನರೂ ಅಳುವದಕ್ಕೆ ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಹೋಗುವವರೆಗೂ ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಅತ್ತರು.
