ಆಗ ಸೌಲನು ಸೇವಕನಿಗೆನಿನ್ನ ಮಾತು ಒಳ್ಳೇದು; ನಾವು ಹೋಗೋಣ ಬಾ ಅಂದನು. ಅವರು ದೇವರ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿದ್ದ ಆ ಪಟ್ಟಣಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋದರು.

8ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಆ ಸೇವಕನು ಸೌಲನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ--ಇಗೋ, ನನ್ನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಲು ಶೆಕೇಲು ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ಅದೆ; ದೇವರ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ನಮಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನಾನು ಅದನ್ನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುವೆನು ಅಂದನು.
9(ಪೂರ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ದೇವರ ಹತ್ತಿರ ವಿಚಾರಿಸಬೇಕಾದರೆ--ದೀರ್ಘ ದರ್ಶಿಯ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗೋಣ ಬನ್ನಿರಿ ಅನ್ನುವನು.) ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಈ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವಾದಿ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪ ಟ್ಟವನು ಪೂರ್ವಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ದೀರ್ಘದರ್ಶಿ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು.
10ಆಗ ಸೌಲನು ಸೇವಕನಿಗೆನಿನ್ನ ಮಾತು ಒಳ್ಳೇದು; ನಾವು ಹೋಗೋಣ ಬಾ ಅಂದನು. ಅವರು ದೇವರ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿದ್ದ ಆ ಪಟ್ಟಣಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋದರು.
11ಅವರು ದಿನ್ನೆಯನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಿ ಪಟ್ಟಣ ದೊಳಗೆ ಹೋಗುವಾಗ ನೀರು ಸೇದಲು ಬರುವ ಹುಡುಗಿಯರನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ -- ದರ್ಶಿಯು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದಾನೋ? ಎಂದು ಅವರನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದರು.
12ಅವರು ಇವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ--ಅವನು ಇದ್ದಾನೆ; ಇಗೋ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದೆ ಇದ್ದಾನೆ; ಬೇಗ ಹೋಗಿರಿ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಈ ಹೊತ್ತು ಗುಡ್ಡದ ಮೇಲೆ ಜನರು ಬಲಿಯನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸುವದರಿಂದ ಅವನು ಪಟ್ಟಣಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
