2. 5ಆದದರಿಂದ ಅವನು ಯಾಜ ಕರನ್ನೂ ಲೇವಿಯರನ್ನೂ ಕೂಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಅವರಿಗೆನೀವು ಯೆಹೂದ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೊರಟು ಹೋಗಿ ವರುಷ ವರುಷಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇವರ ಆಲಯವನ್ನು ದುರಸ್ತು ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರಿಂದ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸಿರಿ. ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಶೀಘ್ರವಾಗಿ ನಡಿಸಿರಿ ಅಂದನು. ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ಲೇವಿಯರು ಅವಸರ ಮಾಡದೆ ಇದ್ದರು.
3. 6ಆಗ ಅರಸನು ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥನಾದ ಯೆಹೋ ಯಾದನನ್ನು ಕರೇಕಳುಹಿಸಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಕರ್ತನ ಸೇವಕ ನಾದ ಮೋಶೆಯೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಸಭೆಯೂ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯ ಗುಡಾರದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ ಕಾಣಿಕೆ ಯನ್ನು ಯೆಹೂದದಿಂದಲೂ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿ ನಿಂದಲೂ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಲು ನೀನು ಲೇವಿಯ ರನ್ನು ಯಾಕೆ ವಿಚಾರಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ?
4. 7ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಆ ದುಷ್ಟ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯಾದ ಅತಲ್ಯಳ ಕುಮಾರರು ಕರ್ತನ ಆಲಯವನ್ನು ಒಡೆದು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಕರ್ತನ ಆಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠೆಮಾಡಿ ದವುಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಬಾಳನಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟರು ಅಂದನು.
5. 8ಅರ ಸನ ಆಜ್ಞೆಯ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಅವರು ಒಂದು ಪೆಟ್ಟಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಕರ್ತನ ಆಲಯದ ಬಾಗಲಿನ ಹೊರಗೆ ಇಟ್ಟರು.
