ಅರಸನಾದ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನು ಕುಡಿಯುವ ಪಾತ್ರೆಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ಬಂಗಾರದವುಗಳು. ಲೆಬನೋನಿನ ಅಡವಿಯ ಮನೆಯ ಪಾತ್ರೆಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಅಪ ರಂಜಿಯವುಗಳು. ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯದು ಒಂದೂ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನ ದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಗೆ ಬೆಲೆಯೇ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ.

- 18ಈ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನಕ್ಕೆ ಆರು ಮೆಟ್ಟಲುಗಳು ಇದ್ದವು. ಸಿಂಹಾಸನಕ್ಕೆ ತಗಲಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಬಂಗಾರದ ಪಾದ ಪೀಠ ಇತ್ತು. ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸ್ಥಳದ ಎರಡು ಪಾರ್ಶ್ವ ದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಕೈಗಳಿದ್ದವು; ಆ ಕೈಗಳ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಸಿಂಹಗಳು ನಿಂತಿದ್ದವು.

- 21ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಹೂರಾಮನ ಸೇವಕರ ಸಂಗಡ ಅರಸನ ಹಡಗುಗಳು ತಾರ್ಷಿಷಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಮೂರು ವರುಷಕ್ಕೆ ಒಂದುಸಾರಿ ಬಂಗಾರವನ್ನೂ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ಯನ್ನೂ ದಂತವನ್ನೂ ಕೋತಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ನವಿಲುಗಳನ್ನೂ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದವು.
- 22ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಅರಸನಾದ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನು ಐಶ್ವರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಜ್ಞಾನದ ಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಅರಸುಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ದೊಡ್ಡವನಾಗಿದ್ದನು.
