ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತನು ತಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದೆ ಓಡಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟ ಅನ್ಯ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವರು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಉನ್ನತ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಧೂಪವನ್ನು ಸುಟ್ಟು ಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ಸಿಟ್ಟುಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರು--
Alli kartanu tamma munde odisibitta anya janaangagala haage avaru ellaa unnata sthalagalalli dhoopavannu suttu kartanannu sittugolisuva haage ketta kaaryagalannu maadidaru--

- 11ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತನು ತಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದೆ ಓಡಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟ ಅನ್ಯ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವರು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಉನ್ನತ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಧೂಪವನ್ನು ಸುಟ್ಟು ಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ಸಿಟ್ಟುಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರು--
- 12ನೀವು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಡಿರೆಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ತಮಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ ಮಣ್ಣು ಪ್ರತಿಮೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸೇವಿಸಿದರು.
- 13ನೀವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ದುರ್ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ತಿರುಗಿ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಿತೃಗಳಿಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ, ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳಾದ ನನ್ನ ಸೇವಕರ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನನ್ನ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕಟ್ಟಳೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳಿರೆಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರವಾ ದಿಗಳ ಮುಖಾಂತರವಾಗಿಯೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದರ್ಶಿಗಳ ಮುಖಾಂತರವಾಗಿಯೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿಗೂ ಯೆಹೂ ದಕ್ಕೂ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಹೇಳಿದನು.
