ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಯೆಹೂದದ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಉನ್ನತ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳ ಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಸುತ್ತಲಿರುವ ಉನ್ನತ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಧೂಪವನ್ನು ಸುಡಲು ಯೆಹೂದದ ಅರಸುಗಳು ನೇಮಿಸಿದ್ದ ಪೂಜಾರಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಬಾಳನಿಗೂ ಸೂರ್ಯನಿಗೂ ಚಂದ್ರನಿಗೂ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ರಾಶಿಗಳಿಗೂ ಆಕಾಶದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸೈನ್ಯಕ್ಕೂ ಧೂಪಸುಡುವವರಾರೂ ಇರದ ಹಾಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದನು.

4ಅರ ಸನು--ಬಾಳನಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ವಿಗ್ರಹದ ತೋಪುಗಳಿ ಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಆಕಾಶದ ಸೈನ್ಯಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಮಾಡ ಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಾತ್ರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕರ್ತನ ಆಲಯದಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಬರಬೇಕೆಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಯಾಜಕ ನಾದ ಹಿಲ್ಕೀಯನಿಗೂ ಎರಡನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಯಾಜಕ ರಿಗೂ ದ್ವಾರಪಾಲಕರಿಗೂ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದನು ಮತ್ತು ಅವನು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಹೊರಗೆ ಕಿದ್ರೋನ್‌ ಹೊಲಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಡಿಸಿ ಅವುಗಳ ಬೂದಿ ಯನ್ನು ಬೇತೇಲಿಗೆ ತರುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದನು.
5ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಯೆಹೂದದ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಉನ್ನತ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳ ಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಸುತ್ತಲಿರುವ ಉನ್ನತ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಧೂಪವನ್ನು ಸುಡಲು ಯೆಹೂದದ ಅರಸುಗಳು ನೇಮಿಸಿದ್ದ ಪೂಜಾರಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಬಾಳನಿಗೂ ಸೂರ್ಯನಿಗೂ ಚಂದ್ರನಿಗೂ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ರಾಶಿಗಳಿಗೂ ಆಕಾಶದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸೈನ್ಯಕ್ಕೂ ಧೂಪಸುಡುವವರಾರೂ ಇರದ ಹಾಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದನು.
6ಕರ್ತನ ಆಲಯದೊ ಳಗಿಂದ ವಿಗ್ರಹದ ತೋಪನ್ನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಹೊರಗೆ ಕಿದ್ರೋನ್‌ ಹಳ್ಳಕ್ಕೆ ಅದನ್ನು ತರಿಸಿ ಅವನು ಕಿದ್ರೋನ್‌ ಹಳ್ಳದ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಟ್ಟು ಧೂಳಾಗಿ ಪುಡಿಮಾಡಿ ಆ ಧೂಳಿನ ಪುಡಿಯನ್ನು ಜನರ ಸಮಾಧಿ ಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಾಕಿಸಿದನು.
7ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯರು ವಿಗ್ರಹದ ತೋಪಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಮನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೇಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಕಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತನ ಮನೆಯ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದ ಪುರುಷ ಸಂಗಮರ ಮನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೆಡವಿಸಿದನು.
