ಆಗ ಅವಳು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಿಲ್ಲ; ನನಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಆ ಕೆಟ್ಟತನಕ್ಕಿಂತ ನೀನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಬಿಡುವ ಈ ಕೆಟ್ಟತನವು ಮತ್ತೂ ಅಧಿಕವಾಗಿದೆ ಅಂದಳು.

Aaga avalu avanige--idakke kaaranavilla; nanage maadida aa kettatanakkinta neenu nannannu kaluhisibiduva ee kettatanavu mattoo adhikavaagide andalu.

King James Version (KJV): And she said unto him, [There is] no cause: this evil in sending me away [is] greater than the other that thou didst unto me. But he would not hearken unto her.

15ಆಗ ಅಮ್ನೊನನು ಅವಳನ್ನು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಹಗೆಮಾಡಿದನು; ಅವನು ಅವಳನ್ನು ಹಗೆಮಾಡಿದ ಹಗೆಯು ಮೊದಲು ಮಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರೀತಿಗಿಂತ ಅಧಿಕವಾಗಿತ್ತು; ಆದದರಿಂದ ಅಮ್ನೋನನು ಅವಳಿಗೆ--ಎದ್ದು ಹೋಗು ಅಂದನು.
16ಆಗ ಅವಳು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಿಲ್ಲ; ನನಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಆ ಕೆಟ್ಟತನಕ್ಕಿಂತ ನೀನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಬಿಡುವ ಈ ಕೆಟ್ಟತನವು ಮತ್ತೂ ಅಧಿಕವಾಗಿದೆ ಅಂದಳು.
17ಆದರೆ ಅವನು ಅವಳ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಕೇಳಲೊಲ್ಲದೆ ತನ್ನನ್ನು ಸೇವಿಸುವ ತನ್ನ ದಾಸರನ್ನು ಕರೆದು--ಇವಳನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ತಳ್ಳಿ ಬಾಗಲು ಮುಚ್ಚಿ ಬೀಗಹಾಕು ಅಂದನು.
18ಅವಳು ವಿವಿಧವಾದ ವಸ್ತ್ರವನ್ನು ಉಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಳು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅರಸನ ಕುಮಾರ್ತೆಯರಾದ ಕನ್ಯಾಸ್ತ್ರೀಯರು ಇಂಥಾ ನಿಲುವಂಗಿಗಳನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಆದರೆ ಅವನ ಸೇವಕನು ಅವಳನ್ನು ಹೊರಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ ಬಾಗಲು ಮುಚ್ಚಿ ಬೀಗಹಾಕಿದನು.
