And [hast thou] not there with thee Zadok and Abiathar the priests? therefore it shall be, [that] what thing soever thou shalt hear out of the king’s house, thou shalt tell [it] to Zadok and Abiathar the priests.

2. 34ನಾನು ಇಂದಿನ ವರೆಗೂ ಹೇಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಗೆ ಸೇವಕನಾಗಿದ್ದೆನೋ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಈಗ ನಿನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನಾಗಿರುವೆನು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವುದಾದರೆ ನೀನು ನನಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಅಹೀತೋಫೆಲನ ಆಲೋಚನೆ ಯನ್ನು ವ್ಯರ್ಥಮಾಡಬಹುದು.
3. 35ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾಜಕ ರಾದ ಚಾದೋಕನೂ ಎಬ್ಯಾತಾರನೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಲ್ಲವೋ? ಆದದರಿಂದ ನೀನು ಅರಸನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವ ವರ್ತಮಾನವನ್ನು ಕೇಳುತ್ತೀಯೋ ಅದನ್ನು ಯಾಜಕರಾದ ಚಾದೋಕನಿಗೂ ಎಬ್ಯಾತಾರನಿಗೂ ತಿಳಿಸು.
4. 36ಇಗೋ, ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಅವರ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಇದ್ದಾರೆ: ಚಾದೋಕನ ಮಗನಾದ ಅಹೀಮಾಚನೂ ಎಬ್ಯಾತಾರನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೋನಾ ತಾನನೂ. ನೀವು ಕೇಳಿದ ವರ್ತಮಾನವನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅವರ ಮೂಲಕ ನನಗೆ ಹೇಳಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಬೇಕು ಅಂದನು.ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ದಾವೀದನ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತನಾದ ಹೂಷೈ ಪಟ್ಟಣಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದನು; ಅಬ್ಷಾಲೋಮನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿಗೆ ಬಂದನು.
