ಗತ್‌ ಊರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಯುದ್ಧ ಉಂಟಾದಾಗ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಎತ್ತರವಾದ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿದ್ದನು; ಅವನ ಕೈಕಾಲುಗಳ ಬೆರಳುಗಳು ಆರು ಆರಾಗಿ ಲೆಖ್ಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ನಾಲ್ಕು ಆಗಿದ್ದವು. ಇವನು ಸಹ ಮಹಾಶರೀರದವನಿಗೆ ಹುಟ್ಟಿ ದನು.

18ತರುವಾಯ ತಿರಿಗಿ ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯರ ಸಂಗಡ ಗೋಬಿ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಯುದ್ಧ ಉಂಟಾಯಿತು. ಆಗ ಹುಷಾತನಾದ ಸಿಬ್ಬೆಕೈನು ಮಹಾಶರೀರದವನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಫ್‌ ಎಂಬವನನ್ನು ಕೊಂದನು.
19ತಿರಿಗಿ ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯರ ಸಂಗಡ ಗೋಬಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಯುದ್ಧ ಉಂಟಾದಾಗ ಬೇತ್ಲೆಹೇಮಿನವನಾದ ಯಾರೇಯೋರೆ ಗೀಮ್‌ ಎಂಬವನ ಮಗನಾಗಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಹಾನಾನನು ಗಿತ್ತಿಯನಾದ ಗೊಲ್ಯಾತನ ಸಹೋದರನನ್ನು ಕೊಂದನು. ಈ ಗೊಲ್ಯಾತನ ಈಟಿಯ ಕಟ್ಟಿಗೆಯು ನೆಯ್ಯುವವರ ದೋಣೀ ಮರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮಾನವಾಗಿತ್ತು.
20ಗತ್‌ ಊರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಯುದ್ಧ ಉಂಟಾದಾಗ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಎತ್ತರವಾದ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿದ್ದನು; ಅವನ ಕೈಕಾಲುಗಳ ಬೆರಳುಗಳು ಆರು ಆರಾಗಿ ಲೆಖ್ಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ನಾಲ್ಕು ಆಗಿದ್ದವು. ಇವನು ಸಹ ಮಹಾಶರೀರದವನಿಗೆ ಹುಟ್ಟಿ ದನು.
21ಅವನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲನ್ನು ನಿಂದಿಸಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ದಾವೀದನ ಸಹೋದರನಾಗಿರುವ ಶಿಮ್ಮನ ಮಗ ನಾದ ಯೋನಾತಾನನು ಅವನನ್ನು ಕೊಂದುಬಿಟ್ಟನು.ಈ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಮಂದಿಯು ಗತ್‌ ಊರಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಮಹಾಶರೀರದವನಿಗೆ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರು; ಇವರು ದಾವೀದ ನಿಂದಲೂ ಅವನ ಸೇವಕರಿಂದಲೂ ಸಂಹಾರವಾದರು.
22ಈ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಮಂದಿಯು ಗತ್‌ ಊರಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಮಹಾಶರೀರದವನಿಗೆ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರು; ಇವರು ದಾವೀದ ನಿಂದಲೂ ಅವನ ಸೇವಕರಿಂದಲೂ ಸಂಹಾರವಾದರು.
