ಪೌಲನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದನ್ನು ಜನರು ನೋಡಿ--ದೇವತೆಗಳು ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ರೂಪದಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಇಳಿದು ಬಂದರು ಎಂದು ಲುಕವೋನ್ಯ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವರವೆತ್ತಿ ಕೂಗಿದರು.
Paulanu maadiddannu janaru nodi--devategalu manushyara roopadinda namma balige ilidu bandaru endu lukavonya bhaasheyalli tamma svaravetti koogidaru.

- 13ಆಗ ಅವರ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಎದುರಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ೃಹಸ್ಪತಿಯ ಯಾಜಕನು ಎತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಹೂವಿನಹಾರಗಳನ್ನೂ ದ್ವಾರಗಳ ಬಳಿಗೆ ತಂದು ಜನರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬಲಿಯನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದಿದ್ದನು.
