ಅಸ್ಸೊಸಿ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಕೊಂಡಾಗ ನಾವು ಅವನನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಮಿತಿಲೇನೆಗೆ ಬಂದೆವು.

- 13ನಾವು ಮೊದಲು ಹೋಗಿ ಅಸ್ಸೊಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪೌಲ ನನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಸಮುದ್ರ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಮಾಡಿದೆವು. ಪೌಲನು ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ನಮಗೆ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಮಾಡಿ ತಾನು ಕಾಲು ನಡೆಯಾಗಿ ಹೋಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ಮನಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಿದನು.
- 14ಅಸ್ಸೊಸಿ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಕೊಂಡಾಗ ನಾವು ಅವನನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಮಿತಿಲೇನೆಗೆ ಬಂದೆವು.
- 15ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಹೊರಟು ಮರುದಿನ ಖೀಯೊಸ್‌ ದ್ವೀಪಕ್ಕೆದುರಾಗಿ ಬಂದು ಅದರ ಮರುದಿನ ಸಾಮೊಸಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ತ್ರೋಗುಲ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದು ಅದರ ಮರುದಿನ ನಾವು ಮಿಲೇತಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದೆವು.
- 16ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಪೌಲನು ತನಗೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದರೆ ಪಂಚಾಶತ್ತಮದ ದಿವಸ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿರಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅವಸರ ಪಡುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದದರಿಂದ ಆಸ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಲವನ್ನು ಕಳೆಯು ವದಕ್ಕೆ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಸಮುದ್ರ ಪ್ರಯಾಣವಾಗಿ ಎಫೆಸವನ್ನು ದಾಟಿಹೋಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದನು.
