ನಾವು ಯಾವ ವಿಷಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆ ತಪ್ಪು ಹೊರಿಸುತ್ತೇವೋ ಅವೆಲ್ಲವುಗಳ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ನೀನೇ ಸ್ವತಃ ಅವನನ್ನು ವಿಚಾರಿಸಿ ತಿಳುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆ ತಪ್ಪು ಹೊರಿಸು ವವರು ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬರಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅಪ್ಪಣೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟನು.

- 8ನಾವು ಯಾವ ವಿಷಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆ ತಪ್ಪು ಹೊರಿಸುತ್ತೇವೋ ಅವೆಲ್ಲವುಗಳ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ನೀನೇ ಸ್ವತಃ ಅವನನ್ನು ವಿಚಾರಿಸಿ ತಿಳುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆ ತಪ್ಪು ಹೊರಿಸು ವವರು ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬರಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅಪ್ಪಣೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟನು.
- 9ಅದೇ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಇವೆಲ್ಲವುಗಳು ನಿಜವೆಂದು ಯೆಹೂ ದ್ಯರು ಸಹ ಸಮ್ಮತಿಸಿದರು ಅಂದನು.
- 10ಆಗ ಅಧಿಪತಿಯು ಪೌಲನು ಮಾತನಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಕೈಸನ್ನೆ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗ ಅವನು--ಅನೇಕ ವರುಷಗಳಿಂದ ಈ ಜನಾಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ನೀನು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧಿಪತಿಯಾಗಿ ರುವದು ನನಗೆ ತಿಳಿದಿರುವದರಿಂದ ನಾನು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಧೈರ್ಯದಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿವಾದ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ;
