ಆಗ ನೀವು ಹೋರೇಬಿನಿಂದ ಹೊರಟು ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ನಮಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನೀವು ಅಮೋರಿಯರ ಬೆಟ್ಟದ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಡಿದ ಆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಭಯಂಕರವಾದ ಅರಣ್ಯವನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ದಾಟಿ ಕಾದೇಶ್‌ಬರ್ನೇಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದೆವು.

- 19ಆಗ ನೀವು ಹೋರೇಬಿನಿಂದ ಹೊರಟು ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ನಮಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನೀವು ಅಮೋರಿಯರ ಬೆಟ್ಟದ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಡಿದ ಆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಭಯಂಕರವಾದ ಅರಣ್ಯವನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ದಾಟಿ ಕಾದೇಶ್‌ಬರ್ನೇಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದೆವು.
- 20ಆಗ ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ--ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ನಮಗೆ ಕೊಡುವ ಅಮೋರಿಯರ ಬೆಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿರಿ;
- 21ಇಗೋ, ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ದೇಶವನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮುಂದೆ ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ನಿನ್ನ ಪಿತೃಗಳ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಹೋಗಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಪಡಿಸಿಕೋ; ಭಯಪಡಬೇಡ, ಧೈರ್ಯಗೆಡಬೇಡ ಅಂದೆನು.
