ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ನೆರೆಯವನಿಗೆ ಯಾವದೊಂದು ಕೈಗಡ ಕೊಟ್ಟರೆ ಅವನ ಒತ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಬಾರದು.

8ಕುಷ್ಠದ ಬಾಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಲೇವಿಯರಾದ ಯಾಜಕರು ನಿಮಗೆ ಬೋಧಿಸುವದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ನೀನು ಜಾಗ್ರತೆಯಿಂದ ಕಾಪಾಡಿ ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನೋಡಿಕೋ; ನಾನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಹಾಗೆ ನೀವು ಕಾಪಾಡಿ ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳ ಬೇಕು;
9ನೀವು ಐಗುಪ್ತದಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಬರುವಾಗ ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಮಿರ್ಯಾಮಳಿಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದನ್ನು ಜ್ಞಾಪಕಮಾಡಿಕೋ.
10ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ನೆರೆಯವನಿಗೆ ಯಾವದೊಂದು ಕೈಗಡ ಕೊಟ್ಟರೆ ಅವನ ಒತ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಬಾರದು.
11ನೀನು ಹೊರಗೆ ನಿಂತಿರಬೇಕು; ನೀನು ಕೈಗಡ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಒತ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ನಿನಗೆ ಹೊರಗೆ ತರಬೇಕು.
12ಅವನು ಬಡವನಾದರೆ, ಅವನ ಒತ್ತೆ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಮಲಗ ಬೇಡ.
