ಆ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆರಬಿಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡವನ ಮನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೆಸರಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಬೇಕು.

8ಆಗ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಹಿರಿಯರು ಅವನನ್ನು ಕರೆದು ಅವನ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಬೇಕು; ಅವನು--ಅವಳನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನನಗೆ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಲ್ಲ ವೆಂದು ಸಮರ್ಥಿಸಿದರೆ
9ಅವನ ಅತ್ತಿಗೆ ಹಿರಿಯರ ಮುಂದೆ ಅವನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಕೆರವನ್ನು ಅವನ ಪಾದದಿಂದ ಬಿಡಿಸಿ ಅವನ ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಗುಳಿ ಉತ್ತರ ಕೊಟ್ಟು--ತನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರನ ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟದವನಿಗೆ ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
10ಆ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆರಬಿಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡವನ ಮನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೆಸರಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಬೇಕು.
11ಇಬ್ಬರು ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ಒಬ್ಬನ ಸಂಗಡ ಒಬ್ಬನು ಹೋರಾಡುವಾಗ ಒಬ್ಬನ ಹೆಂಡತಿ ತನ್ನ ಗಂಡನನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆಯುವವನ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ಬಿಡಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಸವಿಾಪ ಬಂದು ಕೈಚಾಚಿ ಅವನ ಮಾನಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದರೆ
12ಅವಳ ಕೈಯನ್ನು ಕಡಿದುಹಾಕಬೇಕು; ನಿನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣು ಕರುಣಿಸಬಾರದು.
