ಅನಂತರ ಬಹಳ ಕೇಡುಗಳೂ ಇಕ್ಕಟ್ಟುಗಳೂ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಂಭವಿಸು ವಾಗ ಈ ಹಾಡು ಅವರಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿ ಉತ್ತರ ಕೊಡುವದು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅದು ಅವರ ಸಂತತಿಯ ಬಾಯಿಯಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಮರೆತುಹೋಗುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ನಾನು ಪ್ರಮಾಣಮಾಡಿದ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ತರುವದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮುಂಚೆ ಅವರು ಈಹೊತ್ತು ಮಾಡುವ ಕಲ್ಪನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಾನು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು.

- 23ಆತನು ನೂನನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೆಹೋಶುವನಿಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞೆಕೊಟ್ಟು--ಬಲವಾಗಿರು; ಧೈರ್ಯವಾಗಿರು; ನಾನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಮಾಡಿದ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ನೀನು ತರುವಿ; ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇರುವೆನು ಅಂದನು.
