ಯೊರ್ದನಿನ ಈಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇತ್‌ಪೇಯೋರಿಗೆ ಎದುರಾಗಿರುವ ತಗ್ಗಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಷ್ಬೋನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸ ಮಾಡಿದ ಅಮೋರಿಯರ ಅರಸನಾದ ಸೀಹೋನನ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ನುಡಿದ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಗಳೂ ನಿಯಮಗಳೂ ನ್ಯಾಯಗಳೂ ಇವೇ. ಆ ಸೀಹೋನನನ್ನು ಮೋಶೆಯೂ ಇಸ್ರಾ ಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳೂ ಐಗುಪ್ತದೊಳಗಿಂದ ಹೊರಟ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೊಡೆದರು.

48ಅರ್ನೋನ್‌ ನದಿಯ ತೀರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅರೋ ಯೇರ್‌ ಮೊದಲುಗೊಂಡು ಹೆರ್ಮೋನೆಂಬ ಸೀಯೋನ್‌ ಪರ್ವತದ ವರೆಗೆಯೊರ್ದನಿನ ಈಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮೂಡಣ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬೈಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹ ಪಿಸ್ಗಾದ ಊಟೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಬೈಲಿನ ಸಮುದ್ರದ ವರೆಗೆ ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರು.
