ಆಗ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕರೆದು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ಓ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲೇ, ನಾನು ಈಹೊತ್ತು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳುವ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನೂ ನ್ಯಾಯಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕೇಳಿರಿ; ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲಿತು ಕೈಕೊಂಡು ನಡೆಯಬೇಕು.
