1. 15ಆಗ ನಾನು ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು ಬೆಟ್ಟದಿಂದ ಇಳಿದೆನು; ಆ ಬೆಟ್ಟವು ಬೆಂಕಿಯಿಂದ ಉರಿಯುತ್ತಿತ್ತು; ಒಡಂಬಡಿ ಕೆಯ ಎರಡು ಹಲಗೆಗಳು ನನ್ನ ಎರಡು ಕೈಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದವು.
2. 16ನಾನು ನೋಡಿದಾಗ ಇಗೋ, ನೀವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಪಾಪ ಮಾಡಿ ಎರಕ ಹೊಯ್ದ ಕರುವನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಂಡು ಕರ್ತನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಬೇಗ ಬಿಟ್ಟುಹೋಗಿದ್ದಿರಿ.
3. 17ಆಗ ನಾನು ಆ ಎರಡು ಹಲಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ನನ್ನ ಎರಡು ಕೈಗಳಿಂದ ಬಿಸಾಡಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಣ್ಣು ಮುಂದೆ ಒಡೆದು ಹಾಕಿದೆನು.
4. 18ಆ ಮೇಲೆ ನೀವು ಮಾಡಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಾಪಗಳ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವೂ ನೀವು ಕರ್ತನ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನುಮಾಡಿ ಆತನಿಗೆ ಕೋಪವನ್ನೆಬ್ಬಿಸಿದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವೂ ಮುಂಚಿನಂತೆ ನಾಲ್ವತ್ತು ಹಗಲು ನಾಲ್ವತ್ತು ರಾತ್ರಿ ರೊಟ್ಟಿ ತಿನ್ನದೆ, ನೀರು ಕುಡಿಯದೆ, ಕರ್ತನ ಮುಂದೆ ನಾನು ಬಿದ್ದಿದ್ದೆನು.
5. 19ಕರ್ತನು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಕೋಪ ರೌದ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೆದರಿದೆನು; ಆ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಕರ್ತನು ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆ ಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದನು.
