ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠರಾಗಿ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಂಡು ಅರಸನ ಮುಖವನ್ನು ನೋಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪಾರಸಿಯ ಮೇಧ್ಯಗಳ ಏಳುಮಂದಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನರಾದ ಕರ್ಷೆನಾ, ಶೇತಾರ್‌, ಆದ್ಮಾತನು, ತರ್ಷೀಷನು.

- 16ಮೆಮುಕಾನನು ಅರಸನ ಮುಂದೆಯೂ ಪ್ರಧಾ ನರ ಮುಂದೆಯೂ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ -- ರಾಣಿಯಾದ ವಷ್ಟಿಯು ಅರಸನಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ ಅರಸನಾದ ಅಹಷ್ವೇರೋಷನ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಪ್ರಧಾನರಿಗೂ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಜನರಿಗೂ ಅಪರಾಧ ಮಾಡಿ ದ್ದಾಳೆ.
