ಇದ ಲ್ಲದೆ ಈ ಪೂರೀಮೆಂಬ ದಿವಸಗಳನ್ನು ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯ ನಾದ ಮೊರ್ದೆಕೈಯೂ ರಾಣಿಯಾದ ಎಸ್ತೇರಳೂ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾರವೂ ತಮಗೋಸ್ಕರವಾ ಗಿಯೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಸಂತಾನದವರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವಾಗಿಯೂ

- 29ಆಗ ಅಬೀಹೈಲನ ಮಗಳಾದ ಎಸ್ತೇರ ರಾಣಿಯೂ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯನಾದ ಮೊರ್ದೆಕೈಯೂ ಈ ಪೂರೀಮೆಂಬ ದಿವಸಗಳನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಎರಡನೇ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಿರಪಡಿ ಸಲು ಸಮಸ್ತ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ಬರೆಸಿದರು.

- 31ಅವುಗಳ ನೇಮಕದ ಕಾಲಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಿರಪಡಿಸುವ ದಕ್ಕೂ ಅವರ ಉಪವಾಸದ ಮೊರೆಯಿಡುವಿಕೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಸಮಾಧಾನವೂ ಸತ್ಯವೂ ಆದ ಮಾತುಗಳಿಂದ ಅಹಷ್ವೇರೋಷನ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ನೂರ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತೇಳು ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಮಸ್ತ, ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದರು.ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಎಸ್ತೇರಳ ಆಜ್ಞೆಯು ಈ ಪೂರೀಮೆಂಬ ದಿವಸಗಳ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಿರಪಡಿಸಿದರಿಂದ ಅದು ಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿತು.
- 32ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಎಸ್ತೇರಳ ಆಜ್ಞೆಯು ಈ ಪೂರೀಮೆಂಬ ದಿವಸಗಳ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಿರಪಡಿಸಿದರಿಂದ ಅದು ಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿತು.
