ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಈ ದಿವಸ ಗಳು ಜ್ಞಾಪಕಮಾಡಲ್ಪಡುವವು; ಇದು ಪ್ರತಿ ವಂಶದ ಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಪ್ರತಿ ಕುಟುಂಬದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯ ದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಆಚರಿಸಲ್ಪಡ ಬೇಕು; ಈ ಪೂರೀಮೆಂಬ ದಿವಸಗಳು ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯ ರೊಳಗಿಂದ ನಿಂತುಹೋಗಬಾರದು; ಅವರ ಸಂತಾನ ದವರಲ್ಲಿ ಅವುಗಳ ಜ್ಞಾಪಕವು ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಹೋಗಬಾರದು ಎಂದು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿದರು.

28ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಈ ದಿವಸ ಗಳು ಜ್ಞಾಪಕಮಾಡಲ್ಪಡುವವು; ಇದು ಪ್ರತಿ ವಂಶದ ಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಪ್ರತಿ ಕುಟುಂಬದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯ ದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಆಚರಿಸಲ್ಪಡ ಬೇಕು; ಈ ಪೂರೀಮೆಂಬ ದಿವಸಗಳು ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯ ರೊಳಗಿಂದ ನಿಂತುಹೋಗಬಾರದು; ಅವರ ಸಂತಾನ ದವರಲ್ಲಿ ಅವುಗಳ ಜ್ಞಾಪಕವು ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಹೋಗಬಾರದು ಎಂದು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
29ಆಗ ಅಬೀಹೈಲನ ಮಗಳಾದ ಎಸ್ತೇರ ರಾಣಿಯೂ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯನಾದ ಮೊರ್ದೆಕೈಯೂ ಈ ಪೂರೀಮೆಂಬ ದಿವಸಗಳನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಎರಡನೇ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಿರಪಡಿ ಸಲು ಸಮಸ್ತ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ಬರೆಸಿದರು.
