1. 4ಮೊರ್ದೆಕೈ ಅರಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೊಡ್ಡವನಾಗಿದ್ದನು. ಅವನ ಕೀರ್ತಿಯು ಸಮಸ್ತ ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ವ್ಯಾಪಿಸಿತು. ಈ ಮೊರ್ದೆಕೈ ಅಧಿಕಾಧಿಕವಾಗಿ ದೊಡ್ಡವನಾದನು.
2. 5ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರು ಕತ್ತೀ ಹೊಡೆತದಿಂದಲೂ ಕೊಲೆಯಿಂದಲೂ ನಾಶದಿಂದಲೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಶತ್ರುಗಳೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆದು ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಹಗೆಮಾಡುವವರಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಇಷ್ಟ ಬಂದ ಹಾಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
3. 6ಶೂಷನಿನ ಅರಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರು ಐನೂರು ಮಂದಿಯನ್ನು ಕೊಂದರು.
4. 7ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರ ವೈರಿಯಾದ ಹಮ್ಮೆದಾತನ ಮಗನಾದ ಹಾಮಾನನ ಹತ್ತು ಮಂದಿ ಕುಮಾರರಾದ ಪರ್ಷಂದತ್ತನು ದಲ್ಫೋನನು ಅಸ್ಪಾತನು
