ಮೋಶೆಯು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮರ್ಥರನ್ನು ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಜನರ ಮೇಲೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಸಾವಿರ ಜನರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ನೂರು ಜನರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಐವತ್ತು ಜನರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಹತ್ತು ಜನರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನಾಗಿ ನೇಮಿಸಿದನು.

- 26ಇವರು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಲಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜನರಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರಿಸಿ ಕಠಿಣ ವ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ಗಳನ್ನು ಮೋಶೆಯ ಬಳಿಗೆ ತಂದು ಸಣ್ಣ ವ್ಯಾಜ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ತಾವೇ ತೀರಿಸಿದರು.ತರುವಾಯ ಮೋಶೆಯು ತನ್ನ ಮಾವನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಲು ಅವನು ಸ್ವದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋದನು.
- 27ತರುವಾಯ ಮೋಶೆಯು ತನ್ನ ಮಾವನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಲು ಅವನು ಸ್ವದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋದನು.
