ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಕರ್ತನು ಅವನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇನ್ನೂ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ--ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಯನ್ನು ಉಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕು ಅಂದಾಗ ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಕೈಯನ್ನು ಉಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಿ ಹೊರಗೆ ತೆಗೆಯಲು ಇಗೋ, ಅವನ ಕೈ ಕುಷ್ಠದಿಂದ ಹಿಮದಂತೆ ಆಗಿತ್ತು.
Idallade kartanu avana sangada innoo maatanaadi--ninna kaiyannu udiyalli haaku andaaga avanu tanna kaiyannu udiyalli haaki horage tegeyalu igo, avana kai kushthadinda himadante aagittu.

- 6ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಕರ್ತನು ಅವನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇನ್ನೂ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ--ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಯನ್ನು ಉಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕು ಅಂದಾಗ ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಕೈಯನ್ನು ಉಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಿ ಹೊರಗೆ ತೆಗೆಯಲು ಇಗೋ, ಅವನ ಕೈ ಕುಷ್ಠದಿಂದ ಹಿಮದಂತೆ ಆಗಿತ್ತು.
- 7ಆತನು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಯನ್ನು ಉಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕು ಅಂದಾಗ ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಕೈಯನ್ನು ಉಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಿ ಉಡಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ತೆಗೆಯಲು ಇಗೋ, ಅದು ಅವನ ಬೇರೆ ದೇಹದಂತಾಗಿತ್ತು.
- 8ಅವರು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನಂಬದೆ ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ಮಹ ತ್ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿದರೂ ಎರಡನೆಯದನ್ನು ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯವಿಟ್ಟು ನಂಬುವರು.
