ಕರ್ತನು ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಮಾಡಿದನು; ಬಾಧಿಸುವ ನೊಣಗಳು ಫರೋಹನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅವನ ಸೇವಕರ ಮನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಐಗುಪ್ತದೇಶ ದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ತುಂಬಿಕೊಂಡವು; ಅವುಗಳಿಂದ ದೇಶವು ಕೆಟ್ಟುಹೋಯಿತು.
Kartanu haageye maadidanu; baadhisuva nonagalu pharohana maneyalliyoo avana sevakara manegalalliyoo samasta aiguptadesha dalliyoo tumbikondavu; avugalinda deshavu kettuhoyitu.

- 24ಕರ್ತನು ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಮಾಡಿದನು; ಬಾಧಿಸುವ ನೊಣಗಳು ಫರೋಹನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅವನ ಸೇವಕರ ಮನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಐಗುಪ್ತದೇಶ ದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ತುಂಬಿಕೊಂಡವು; ಅವುಗಳಿಂದ ದೇಶವು ಕೆಟ್ಟುಹೋಯಿತು.
- 25ಆಗ ಫರೋಹನು ಮೋಶೆ ಆರೋನರನ್ನು ಕರೆ ಯಿಸಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ--ನೀವು ಹೋಗಿ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಯಜ್ಞವನ್ನರ್ಪಿಸಿರಿ ಅಂದನು.
- 26ಆದರೆ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಫರೋಹನಿಗೆ--ಹಾಗೆ ಮಾಡುವದು ಯುಕ್ತವಲ್ಲ, ನಮ್ಮ ಕರ್ತನಾದ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಯಜ್ಞವನ್ನ ರ್ಪಿಸುವದು ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಅಸಹ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ; ಇಗೋ, ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಅಸಹ್ಯವಾಗಿರುವದನ್ನು ಅವರ ಕಣ್ಣೆ ದುರಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದರೆ ಅವರು ನಮಗೆ ಕಲ್ಲೆಸೆದಾರು.
