ಹತ್ತನೇ ವರುಷದ ಹತ್ತನೇ ತಿಂಗಳಿನ, ಹನ್ನೆರಡನೇ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತನ ವಾಕ್ಯವು ನನಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--

- 1ಹತ್ತನೇ ವರುಷದ ಹತ್ತನೇ ತಿಂಗಳಿನ, ಹನ್ನೆರಡನೇ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತನ ವಾಕ್ಯವು ನನಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--
- 2ಮನುಷ್ಯಪುತ್ರನೇ, ನೀನು ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಫರೋಹನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಮುಖ ಮಾಡಿ ಅವನಿಗೂ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಐಗುಪ್ತಕ್ಕೂ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸು.
- 3ನೀನು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಹೇಳಬೇಕಾದ ದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳು ತ್ತಾನೆ--ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಫರೋಹನೇ, ತನ್ನ ನದಿಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಲಗಿಕೊಂಡು--ಈ ನದಿ ನನ್ನದು, ನಾನೇ ಅದನ್ನು ನನಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಘಟ ಸರ್ಪವೇ, ಇಗೋ, ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
