ಲಾಬಾನನು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಕರ್ತನಿಂದ ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವನೇ, ಒಳಗೆ ಬಾ, ಯಾಕೆ ಹೊರಗೆ ನಿಂತಿರುತ್ತೀ? ನಾನು ಮನೆ ಯನ್ನೂ ಒಂಟೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನೂ ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಅಂದನು.
Laabaananu avanige--kartaninda aasheervadisalpattavane, olage baa, yaake horage nintiruttee? Naanu mane yannoo ontegalige sthalavannoo siddhamaadiddene andanu.

- 29ರೆಬೆಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಲಾಬಾನನೆಂಬ ಸಹೋದರನಿದ್ದನು. ಬಾವಿಯ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಲಾಬಾನನು ಓಡಿಬಂದನು.
- 30ಅವನು ವಾಲೆಯನ್ನೂ ತನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರಿಯ ಕೈಗಳಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಕಡಗಗಳನ್ನೂ ನೋಡಿ ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ತನ್ನ ಕೂಡ ಹೀಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದನೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ ತನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರಿಯಾದ ರೆಬೆಕ್ಕಳ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದನು. ಇಗೋ, ಅವನು ಬಾವಿಯ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂಟೆಗಳ ಹತ್ತಿರ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದನು.
- 31ಲಾಬಾನನು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಕರ್ತನಿಂದ ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವನೇ, ಒಳಗೆ ಬಾ, ಯಾಕೆ ಹೊರಗೆ ನಿಂತಿರುತ್ತೀ? ನಾನು ಮನೆ ಯನ್ನೂ ಒಂಟೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನೂ ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಅಂದನು.
- 32ಆಗ ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಮನೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಬಂದನು. ಅವನು ಒಂಟೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಚ್ಚಿ ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಹುಲ್ಲನ್ನೂ ಮೇವನ್ನೂ ಕೊಟ್ಟನು. ಅವನಿಗೆ ಅವನ ಸಂಗಡವಿದ್ದವರಿಗೆ ಕಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ತೊಳೆಯುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನೀರು ಕೊಟ್ಟನು.
- 33ಅವನಿಗೆ ಊಟ ಬಡಿಸಿದಾಗ ಅವನು--ನಾನು ಬಂದ ಕೆಲಸದ ವಿಷಯ ಹೇಳದೆ ಊಟಮಾಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದನು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಲಾಬಾ ನನು--ಹೇಳು ಅಂದನು.
