ಆಕೆಯು ಆ ಸೇವಕನಿಗೆ--ಹೊಲದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮಗೆ ಎದುರಾಗಿ ಬರುವ ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಯಾರು ಅಂದಳು; ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇವ ಕನು--ಅವನೇ ನನ್ನ ಯಜಮಾನನು ಅಂದಾಗ ಆಕೆಯು ಮುಸುಕು ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡಳು.
Aakeyu aa sevakanige--holadalli namage eduraagi baruva aa manushyanu yaaru andalu; adakke seva kanu--avane nanna yajamaananu andaaga aakeyu musuku haakikondalu.

- 66ಆಗ ಸೇವಕನು ಇಸಾಕನಿಗೆ ತಾನು ಮಾಡಿದ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ತಿಳಿಸಿದನು.ಇಸಾಕನು ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ತಾಯಿ ಯಾದ ಸಾರಳ ಗುಡಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋದನು. ಅವನು ರೆಬೆಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಿದನು. ಆಕೆಯು ಅವನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯಾದಳು; ಅವನು ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಮಾಡಿದನು. ಹೀಗೆ ಇಸಾಕನು ತನ್ನ ತಾಯಿಯ ಮರಣದ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆದರಣೆ ಹೊಂದಿದನು.
- 67ಇಸಾಕನು ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ತಾಯಿ ಯಾದ ಸಾರಳ ಗುಡಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋದನು. ಅವನು ರೆಬೆಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಿದನು. ಆಕೆಯು ಅವನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯಾದಳು; ಅವನು ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಮಾಡಿದನು. ಹೀಗೆ ಇಸಾಕನು ತನ್ನ ತಾಯಿಯ ಮರಣದ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆದರಣೆ ಹೊಂದಿದನು.
