ಎರಡನೆಯ ವನಿಗೂ ಮೂರನೆಯವನಿಗೂ ಮಂದೆಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಹೋಗುವವರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂನೀವು ಏಸಾವನನ್ನು ಕಂಡರೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಹೇಳಬೇಕು.

18ನೀನು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಅವು ನಿನ್ನ ದಾಸನಾದ ಯಾಕೋಬನವುಗಳೇ; ಇದು ನನ್ನ ಯಜಮಾನನಾದ ಏಸಾವನಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಕಾಣಿಕೆ; ಇಗೋ, ಅವನೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಹಿಂದೆ ಇದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂದು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದನು.
19ಎರಡನೆಯ ವನಿಗೂ ಮೂರನೆಯವನಿಗೂ ಮಂದೆಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಹೋಗುವವರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂನೀವು ಏಸಾವನನ್ನು ಕಂಡರೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಹೇಳಬೇಕು.
20ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ--ನಿನ್ನ ದಾಸನಾದ ಯಾಕೋಬನು ನಮ್ಮ ಹಿಂದೆ ಬರುತ್ತಾನೆಂದು ಹೇಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದನು. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೋಗುವ ಕಾಣಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಅವನನ್ನು ಸಮಾಧಾನಪಡಿಸುವೆನು. ತರುವಾಯ ಅವನ ಮುಖವನ್ನು ನೋಡುವೆನು; ಅವನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸುವನೇನೋ ಎಂದು ಅಂದು ಕೊಂಡನು.
21ಹೀಗೆ ಆ ಕಾಣಿಕೆಯು ಅವನ ಮುಂದಾಗಿ ಹೊರಟುಹೋಯಿತು. ತಾನಾದರೋ ಆ ರಾತ್ರಿ ಗುಂಪಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಳುಕೊಂಡನು.
