1. 8ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯು ನನ್ನದು, ಚಿನ್ನವು ನನ್ನದು ಎಂದು ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ಕರ್ತನು ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ.
2. 9ಈ ಆಲಯದ ಮುಂದಿನ ಮಹಿಮೆಯು ಹಿಂದಿನ ಮಹಿಮೆಗಿಂತ ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿರುವದು ಎಂದು ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳು ತ್ತಾನೆ; ಈ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಾಧಾನ ಕೊಡುವೆನೆಂದು ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.
3. 10ದಾರ್ಯಾವೆಷನ ಎರಡನೇ ವರುಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂಭ ತ್ತನೇ ತಿಂಗಳಿನ, ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತನಾಲ್ಕನೆ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತನ ವಾಕ್ಯವು ಪ್ರವಾದಿಯಾದ ಹಗ್ಗಾಯನಿಂದ ಉಂಟಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ,
4. 11ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುವದೇ ನಂದರೆ--ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಯಾಜಕ ರಿಗೆ--
5. 12ಒಬ್ಬನು ತನ್ನ ವಸ್ತ್ರದ ಸೆರಗಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಮಾಂಸವನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತು, ತನ್ನ ಸೆರಗಿನಿಂದ ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯ ನ್ನಾದರೂ ಬೇಯಿಸಿದ್ದನ್ನಾದರೂ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸವನ್ನಾ ದರೂ ಎಣ್ಣೆಯನ್ನಾದರೂ ಯಾವ ವಿಧದ ಆಹಾರವ ನ್ನಾದರೂ ಮುಟ್ಟಿದರೆ ಅದು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧವಾಗುವದೋ ಕೇಳು ಅಂದನು. ಯಾಜಕರು--ಇಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಉತ್ತರ ಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
