ನಾವು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸುವ ಬರುವ ಆ ಲೋಕವನ್ನು ಆತನು ದೂತರಿಗೆ ಅಧೀನ ಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲವಲ್ಲಾ.

3ಎಷ್ಟೋ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಈ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ನಾವು ಅಲಕ್ಷ್ಯಮಾಡಿದರೆ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವದು ಹೇಗೆ? ಇದು ಕರ್ತನಿಂದ ಮೊದಲು ಹೇಳಲಾರಂಭಿಸಿತು. ಆತನಿಂದ ಕೇಳಿದವರು ಇದನ್ನು ನಮಗೆ ಸ್ಥಿರಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
4ದೇವರು ಸಹ ಅವರ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ಸೂಚಕಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅದ್ಭುತಕಾರ್ಯ ಗಳನ್ನೂ ನಾನಾವಿಧವಾದ ಮಹತ್ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೂ ನಡಿಸಿ ತನ್ನ ಸ್ವಂತ ಚಿತ್ತಾನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಪವಿತ್ರಾತ್ಮ ದಾನಗಳಿಂದ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು.
5ನಾವು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸುವ ಬರುವ ಆ ಲೋಕವನ್ನು ಆತನು ದೂತರಿಗೆ ಅಧೀನ ಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲವಲ್ಲಾ.
6ಆದರೆ ಒಬ್ಬನು ಒಂದಾನೊಂದು ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ--ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಎಷ್ಟು ಮಾತ್ರದವನು? ಅವನನ್ನು ನೀನು ಯಾಕೆ ನೆನಸಬೇಕು? ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ನರಪುತ್ರನು ಎಷ್ಟರವನು? ಅವನನ್ನು ಯಾಕೆ ದರ್ಶಿಸಬೇಕು?
7ನೀನು ಅವನನ್ನು ದೂತರಿಗಿಂತ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪವೇ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದಿಯಲ್ಲಾ; ಪ್ರಭಾವ ವನ್ನೂ ಮಾನವನ್ನೂ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಕಿರೀಟವಾಗಿ ಇಟ್ಟು ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಕೆಲಸಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಿದ್ದೀ;
