ಬಾಳ್‌ ದೇವತೆಗಳ ಹೆಸರುಗಳನ್ನು ಅವಳ ಬಾಯಿಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದು ಹಾಕುವೆನು; ಅವು ಇನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರಿನಿಂದ ಜ್ಞಾಪಕ ಮಾಡಲ್ಪಡುವದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.

- 16ಕರ್ತನು--ಆ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗುವದೇನಂದರೆ, ನೀನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ಬಾಳಿ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯದೆ ಈಶೀ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯುವಿ.
- 17ಬಾಳ್‌ ದೇವತೆಗಳ ಹೆಸರುಗಳನ್ನು ಅವಳ ಬಾಯಿಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದು ಹಾಕುವೆನು; ಅವು ಇನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರಿನಿಂದ ಜ್ಞಾಪಕ ಮಾಡಲ್ಪಡುವದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.
- 18ಆ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರಿ ಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಅಡವಿಯ ಮೃಗಗಳ ಸಂಗಡಲೂ ಆಕಾಶದ ಪಕ್ಷಿಗಳ ಸಂಗಡಲೂ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಕ್ರಿಮಿಗಳ ಸಂಗಡಲೂ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುವೆನು. ನಾನು ಬಿಲ್ಲನ್ನೂ ಕತ್ತಿ ಯನ್ನೂ ಯುದ್ಧವನ್ನೂ ದೇಶದೊಳಗಿಂದ ಮುರಿದು ಹಾಕಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಭಯವಾಗಿ ಮಲಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವೆನು.
- 19ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ಸದಾ ಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಶ್ಚಿತ್ತಾರ್ಥ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು; ಹೌದು, ನೀತಿ ಯಿಂದಲೂ ನ್ಯಾಯದಿಂದಲೂ ದಯೆಯಿಂದಲೂ ಕರುಣೆಯಿಂದಲೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನಿನಗೆ ನಿಶ್ಚಿತ್ತಾರ್ಥಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು.
