ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ಸೂರ್ಯನು ನಿನಗೆ ಹಗಲಿ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳಕಾಗಿರುವದಿಲ್ಲ, ಚಂದ್ರನು ಪ್ರಕಾಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಿನಗೆ ಬೆಳಕು ಕೊಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಆದರೆ ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನಗೆ ನಿತ್ಯವಾದ ಬೆಳಕಾಗಿರುವನು. ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರು ನಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರಭೆಯಾಗಿರುವನು.

- 21ನಿನ್ನ ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರು ನೀತಿವಂತರಾಗಿರುವರು, ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಸದಾ ಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ವಾಧೀನ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು; ನಾನು ಮಹಿಮೆ ಹೊಂದುವದಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ನಾನು ನೆಟ್ಟ ಕೊಂಬೆಯೂ ನನ್ನ ಕೈ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯೂ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಸದಾ ಅನುಭವಿಸುವರು.ಚಿಕ್ಕವನಿಂದ ಸಾವಿರವಾಗುವರು. ಅಲ್ಪನಿಂದ ಬಲ ವಾದ ಜನಾಂಗವಾಗುವದು; ಕರ್ತನೆಂಬ ನಾನು ಕ್ಲುಪ್ತಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದನ್ನು ಬಹು ಬೇಗನೆ ಉಂಟು ಮಾಡುವೆನು.
