ಅತ್ತಿಮರಗಳು ಕಡಿಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟರೂ ದೇವದಾರುಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಕುವೆವು ಎಂದು ಹೃದಯದ ಗರ್ವದಿಂದಲೂ ಕೆಚ್ಚೆದೆಯಿಂದಲೂ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನರಿಗೂ ಎಫ್ರಾಯಾಮ್ಯ ರಿಗೂ ಸಮಾರ್ಯದ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಆ ಮಾತು ಗೊತ್ತಾಗುವದು.

- 11ಹೀಗಿರುವದರಿಂದ ಕರ್ತನು ರೆಚೀ ನನ ವೈರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಿ ಅವನ ಶತ್ರುಗಳಾದ ಸಿರಿಯಾದವರನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆಯೂ ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯರನ್ನು ಹಿಂದೆಯೂ ಒಟ್ಟುಗೂಡಿಸುವನು.
- 12ಅವರು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲನ್ನು ತೆರೆದ ಬಾಯಿಂದ ನುಂಗಿ ಬಿಡುವರು; ಇಷ್ಟಾದರೂ ಆತನ ಕೋಪವು ತೀರದೆ ಆತನ ಕೈ ಇನ್ನೂ ಚಾಚಿಯೇ ಇದೆ.
