1ಕರ್ತನಿಂದ ಯೆರೆವಿಾಯನಿಗೆ ಉಂಟಾದ ವಾಕ್ಯವೇನಂದರೆ--
2ಎದ್ದು ಕುಂಬಾರನ ಮನೆಗೆ ಇಳಿದು ಹೋಗು; ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನಗೆ ನನ್ನ ವಾಕ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಮಾಡುವೆನು ಎಂಬದೇ.
3ಆಗ ನಾನು ಕುಂಬಾರನ ಮನೆಗೆ ಇಳಿದುಹೋದೆನು; ಇಗೋ, ಅವನು ಚಕ್ರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೆಲಸಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು.
