ಹೋಗಿ ಹನನ್ಯನಿಗೆ ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳು--ನೀನು ಮರದ ನೊಗಗಳನ್ನು ಮುರಿದಿದ್ದೀ; ಆದರೆ ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಕಬ್ಬಿಣದ ನೊಗಗಳನ್ನು ಉಂಟುಮಾಡುವಿ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.
Hogi hananyanige heege helu--neenu marada nogagalannu murididdee; aadare avugalige badalaagi kabbinada nogagalannu untumaaduvi endu kartanu heluttaane.

- 11ಹನನ್ಯನು ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ --ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ಇದೇ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಾನು ಬಾಬೆಲಿನ ಅರಸನಾದ ನೆಬೂಕದ್ನೆಚ್ಚರನ ನೊಗವನ್ನು ಎರಡು ವರುಷದೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ಕುತ್ತಿ ಗೆಯ ಮೇಲಿನಿಂದ ಮುರಿದು ಹಾಕುವೆನು ಅಂದನು. ಆಗ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಯಾದ ಯೆರೆವಿಾಯನು ತನ್ನ ಮಾರ್ಗ ವಾಗಿ ಹೋದನು.
- 12ಆಗ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಯಾದ ಹನನ್ಯನು ಆ ನೊಗವನ್ನು ಪ್ರವಾದಿಯಾದ ಯೆರೆವಿಾಯನ ಕುತ್ತಿಗೆಯ ಮೇಲಿನಿಂದ ಮುರಿದು ಹಾಕಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕರ್ತನ ವಾಕ್ಯವು ಯೆರೆವಿಾಯನಿಗೆ ಉಂಟಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--
- 13ಹೋಗಿ ಹನನ್ಯನಿಗೆ ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳು--ನೀನು ಮರದ ನೊಗಗಳನ್ನು ಮುರಿದಿದ್ದೀ; ಆದರೆ ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಕಬ್ಬಿಣದ ನೊಗಗಳನ್ನು ಉಂಟುಮಾಡುವಿ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.
- 14ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ದೇವರಾದ ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ನಾನು ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ಕುತ್ತಿಗೆಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವರು ಬಾಬೆಲಿನ ಅರಸನಾದ ನೆಬೂಕದ್ನೆಚ್ಚರನಿಗೆ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಕಬ್ಬಿಣದ ನೊಗವನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಅವರು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡುವರು; ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೃಗಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
- 15ಪ್ರವಾದಿಯಾದ ಯೆರೆವಿಾಯನು ಪ್ರವಾದಿಯಾದ ಹನನ್ಯನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ಹನ ನ್ಯನೇ, ಕೇಳು; ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ; ನೀನು ಈ ಜನರನ್ನು ಸುಳ್ಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇಡುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೀ.
