1. 10ಆಗ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿದ ಪ್ರಧಾನರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಒಬ್ಬೊಬ್ಬನು ತನ್ನ ತನ್ನ ದಾಸನನ್ನೂ ತನ್ನ ತನ್ನ ದಾಸಿಯನ್ನೂ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸ ಬೇಕೆಂದೂ ಅವರಿಂದ ಸೇವೆ ತಕ್ಕೊಳ್ಳಬಾರದೆಂದೂ ಕೇಳಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ವಿಧೇಯರಾಗಿದ್ದು ಅವರನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟರು.
2. 11ಅವರು ತರುವಾಯ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು ತಾವು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದ ದಾಸದಾಸಿ ಯರನ್ನು ತಿರಿಗಿ ಬರಮಾಡಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ದಾಸ ದಾಸಿಯ ರಾಗಿಯೂ ವಶಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರು.
3. 12ಆದದರಿಂದ ಕರ್ತನ ವಾಕ್ಯವು ಯೆರೆವಿಾಯನಿಗೆ ಕರ್ತನಿಂದ ಉಂಟಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--
4. 13ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಿತೃಗಳನ್ನು ಐಗುಪ್ತದೇಶದೊಳಗಿದ್ದ ದಾಸರ ಮನೆಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ತಂದ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಮಾಡಿ
5. 14ಏಳು ವರುಷಗಳ ಕಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬೊಬ್ಬನು ತನಗೆ ಮಾರಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದ ತನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರನಾದ ಇಬ್ರಿಯನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದೂ ಅವನು ನಿನಗೆ ಆರು ವರುಷ ಸೇವೆಮಾಡಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಅವನನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದೂ ಹೇಳಿದೆನು; ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಿತೃಗಳು ನನ್ನ ಮಾತಿಗೆ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡಲಿಲ್ಲ.
