1ಯೆರೆವಿಾಯನಿಗೆ ಕರ್ತನಿಂದ ಉಂಟಾದ ವಾಕ್ಯವೇನಂದರೆ--
2ಕರ್ತನ ಆಲಯದ ಬಾಗಿಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತುಕೊಂಡು ಈ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾರು, ಏನಂದರೆ ಯೆಹೂದದವರೆಲ್ಲರೇ, ಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ಆರಾಧಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ಬಾಗಿಲುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರುವವರೇ, ಕರ್ತನ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿರಿ.
3ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ದೇವರಾಗಿರುವ ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳು ತ್ತಾನೆ--ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ನೆಟ್ಟಗೆ ಮಾಡಿರಿ; ಆಗ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಈ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವೆನು.
