ಅವನು ಮೊದಲನೆಯವಳಿಗೆ ಯೆವಿಾಮಳೆಂದೂ ಎರಡನೆಯವಳಿಗೆ ಕೆಚೀಯ ಳೆಂದೂ ಮೂರನೆಯವಳಿಗೆ ಕರನ್ಹಪ್ಪ್ಪೂಕೆಂದೂ ಹೆಸ ರಿಟ್ಟನು.

- 15ಯೋಬನ ಕುಮಾರ್ತೆಯರ ಹಾಗೆ ಸೌಂದರ್ಯವತಿಯರಾದ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯರು ದೇಶದಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಣಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಅವರ ತಂದೆ ಅವರ ಸಹೋದರರ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬಾಧ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟನು.
- 16ತರುವಾಯ ಯೋಬನು ನೂರ ನಾಲ್ವತ್ತು ವರುಷ ಬದುಕಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನೂ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನೂ ನಾಲ್ಕನೇ ತಲಾಂತರದ ವರೆಗೆ ನೋಡಿದನು.ಯೋಬನು ಮುದುಕನಾಗಿಯೂ ದಿನ ತುಂಬಿದವನಾಗಿಯೂ ಸತ್ತನು.
