ಯೇಸು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ನೀವು ಈಗ ಹಿಡಿದ ವಿಾನುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲ ವನ್ನು ತನ್ನಿರಿ ಅಂದನು.

8ಉಳಿದ ಶಿಷ್ಯರು ವಿಾನುಗಳಿದ್ದ ಬಲೆಯನ್ನು ಎಳೆಯುತ್ತಾ ಒಂದು ಚಿಕ್ಕ ದೋಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂದರು; (ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅವರು ದಡದಿಂದ ದೂರವಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಆದರೆ ಅದು ಇನ್ನೂರು ಮೊಳ ದಷ್ಟಿತ್ತು).
9ಅವರು ದಡಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದ ಕೂಡಲೆ ಕೆಂಡಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅವುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದ ವಿಾನುಗಳನ್ನೂ ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನೂ ಕಂಡರು.
10ಯೇಸು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ನೀವು ಈಗ ಹಿಡಿದ ವಿಾನುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲ ವನ್ನು ತನ್ನಿರಿ ಅಂದನು.
11ಸೀಮೋನ ಪೇತ್ರನು ಹೋಗಿ ನೂರೈವತ್ತು ಮೂರು ದೊಡ್ಡ ವಿಾನುಗಳಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿದ ಬಲೆಯನ್ನು ದಡಕ್ಕೆ ಎಳೆದನು. ಅಷ್ಟು ವಿಾನು ಗಳಿದ್ದರೂ ಬಲೆಯು ಹರಿದಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
12ಯೇಸು ಅವ ರಿಗೆ--ಬಂದು ಊಟಮಾಡಿರಿ ಅಂದನು; ಆತನು ಕರ್ತನೆಂದು ತಿಳಿದಿದ್ದರಿಂದ--ನೀನು ಯಾರು ಎಂದು ಆತನನ್ನು ಕೇಳಲು ಶಿಷ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರಿಗೂ ಧೈರ್ಯ ವಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
