ಸೂರ್ಯೋದಯದ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆರಿಕೋವಿನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಯೊರ್ದನಿಗೆ ಆಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮೋವಾಬಿನ ಬೈಲುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಯಾಗಿ ಹಂಚಿದ ದೇಶಗಳು ಇವೇ.ಆದರೆ ಲೇವಿ ಯನ ಗೋತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಯಾವ ಬಾಧ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಕೊಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ತಾನೇ ಅವರ ಬಾಧ್ಯತೆ.
