ಆದರೆ ಲೇವಿ ಯನ ಗೋತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಯಾವ ಬಾಧ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಕೊಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ತಾನೇ ಅವರ ಬಾಧ್ಯತೆ.
