ಆದರೆ ಅವನ ಯಜಮಾನನು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ನಾವು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲದ ಅನ್ಯರ ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಳಿಯದೆ ಗಿಬೆಯದ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೂ ಹಾದು ಹೋಗೋಣ ಅಂದನು.
Aadare avana yajamaananu avanige--naavu illi israayel makkalallada anyara pattanadalli iliyade gibeyada mattigoo haadu hogona andanu.

- 11ಅವರು ಯೆಬೂ ಸಿಗೆ ಸವಿಾಪಿಸಿದಾಗ ಹೊತ್ತು ಬಹಳ ಹೋಗಿತ್ತು; ಆಗ ಊಳಿಗದವನು ತನ್ನ ಯಾಜಮಾನನಿಗೆ--ನೀನು ದಯಮಾಡಿ ಬಾ; ಈ ಯೆಬೂಸ್ಯರ ಪಟ್ಟಣಕ್ಕೆ ತಿರುಗಿ ಕೊಂಡು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಇಳುಕೊಳ್ಳೋಣ ಅಂದನು.
- 12ಆದರೆ ಅವನ ಯಜಮಾನನು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ನಾವು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲದ ಅನ್ಯರ ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಳಿಯದೆ ಗಿಬೆಯದ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೂ ಹಾದು ಹೋಗೋಣ ಅಂದನು.
- 13ಅವನು ಊಳಿಗದವನಿಗೆ--ಗಿಬೆಯದಲ್ಲಾದರೂ ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಾದರೂ ಇಳುಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಆ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರೋಣ ಬಾ ಅಂದನು.
- 14ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಅವರು ದಾಟಿಹೋದರು. ಅವರು ಬೆನ್ಯಾವಿಾನನಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಗಿಬೆಯ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬರುವಾಗ ಸೂರ್ಯ ಮುಳು ಗಿತು.
