And when Gaal saw the people, he said to Zebul, Behold, there come people down from the top of the mountains. And Zebul said unto him, Thou seest the shadow of the mountains as [if they were] men.

2. 35ಎಬೆದನ ಮಗನಾದ ಗಾಳನು ಹೊರಟು ಬಂದು ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಬಾಗಲಿನ ದ್ವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತನು. ಆಗ ಹೊಂಚಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಅಬೀಮೆಲೆಕನೂ ಅವನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದ ಜನರೂ ಎದ್ದುಬಂದರು.
3. 36ಗಾಳನು ಆ ಜನರನ್ನು ಕಂಡಾಗ--ಇಗೋ, ಬೆಟ್ಟದ ಶಿಖರಗಳಿಂದ ಜನರು ಇಳಿದು ಬರುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಜೆಬುಲನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದನು. ಜೆಬುಲನು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ನೀನು ಬೆಟ್ಟಗಳ ನೆರಳನ್ನು ಮನುಷ್ಯರಂತೆ ನೋಡುತ್ತೀ ಅಂದನು.
4. 37ಗಾಳನು ತಿರಿಗಿ ಅವನ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತ ನಾಡಿ--ಇಗೋ, ಜನರು ಭೂಮಧ್ಯಸ್ಥಳದಿಂದ ಬರು ತ್ತಾರೆ; ಮಿಯೋನೀಮಿನ ಬೈಲುಮಾರ್ಗವಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ಗುಂಪು ಬರುತ್ತದೆ ಅಂದನು.
5. 38ಆಗ ಜೆಬುಲನು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ನಾವು ಅವನನ್ನು ಸೇವಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಅಬೀ ಮೆಲೆಕನು ಯಾರು ಎಂದು ನೀನು ಹೇಳಿದ ನಿನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿ ಈಗ ಎಲ್ಲಿ? ಅದು ನೀನು ಅಲಕ್ಷ್ಯಮಾಡಿದ ಜನವಲ್ಲವೋ? ಈಗ ನೀನು ಹೊರಟು ಅವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಯುದ್ಧಮಾಡು ಅಂದನು.
