1. 39ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾಜಕನು ನೋಡಬೇಕು. ಇಗೋ, ಅವರ ದೇಹದ ಚರ್ಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಳಪಾದ ಮಚ್ಚೆಗಳು ಮೊಬ್ಬಾಗಿ ಬಿಳು ಪಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಅದು ಚರ್ಮದ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಿಸಿಲಿನಿಂದಾದ ಮಚ್ಚೆಯಾಗಿರುವದು. ಅವನು ಶುದ್ಧನಾಗಿರುವನು.
2. 40ಪುರುಷನ ತಲೆಯ ಕೂದಲು ಉದುರಿಹೋದರೆ ಅವನು ಬೋಳು ತಲೆಯವನು, ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ಅವನು ಶುದ್ಧನಾಗಿರುವನು.
3. 41ತನ್ನ ಮುಂದಲೆಯ ಕೂದಲು ಉದುರಿಹೋಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಅವನು ಪಟ್ಟೆತಲೆಯವನಾ ದರೂ ಶುದ್ಧನೇ.
4. 42ಬೋಳು ತಲೆಯಲ್ಲಾಗಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಪಟ್ಟೆತಲೆಯಲ್ಲಾಗಲಿ ಕೆಂಪು ಬಿಳುಪಾದ ಮಚ್ಚೆಯಿದ್ದರೆ ಅದು ಹುಟ್ಟುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕುಷ್ಠವೇ.
5. 43ಆಗ ಯಾಜಕನು ಅವನನ್ನು ನೋಡಬೇಕು ಇಗೋ, ಅವನ ಬೋಳು ತಲೆಯಲ್ಲಾಗಲಿ ಪಟ್ಟೆತಲೆಯಲ್ಲಾಗಲಿ ಏಳುತ್ತಿರುವ ಆ ಮಚ್ಚೆಯು ಬಿಳುಪಾಗಿ ಕೆಂಪಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಶರೀರದ ಚರ್ಮ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ಕುಷ್ಠದ ಹಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಕುಷ್ಠರೋಗಿ ಎಂದೂ ಅಶುದ್ಧನೆಂದೂ
