1. 16ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಅಶುದ್ಧ ತ್ವದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವಾಗಿಯೂ ಅವರ ಪಾಪಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಪರಾಧಗಳಿಗಾಗಿಯೂ ಅವನು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಅವರ ಅಶುದ್ಧ ತ್ವದ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಳಿದವರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಸಭೆಯಗುಡಾರಕ್ಕೂ ಅದರಂತೆಯೇ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
2. 17ಅವನು ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿರುವಾಗ ತನಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ತನ್ನ ಮನೆಯ ವರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರ ಸಭೆ ಯವರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತಮಾಡಿ ಹೊರಗೆ ಬರುವ ತನಕ ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಾದರೂ ಇರಬಾರದು.
3. 18ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವನು ಕರ್ತನ ಎದುರಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಅದಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತವನ್ನುಮಾಡಬೇಕು; ಹೋರಿಯ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನೂ ಆಡಿನ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನೂ ತೆಗೆದು ಕೊಂಡು ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಇರುವ ಕೊಂಬು ಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಚ್ಚಬೇಕು.
4. 19ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವನು ಏಳು ಸಾರಿ ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಬೆರಳಿನಿಂದ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ಚಿಮುಕಿಸಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಶುದ್ಧಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಅಶುದ್ಧತೆಯಿಂದ ಅದನ್ನು ಶುದ್ಧಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
5. 20ಹೀಗೆ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಗೂ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಮುಗಿಸಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವನು ಒಂದು ಜೀವವುಳ್ಳ ಆಡನ್ನು ತರಬೇಕು.
