ಮನುಷ್ಯನಾಗಲಿ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯಾಗಲಿ ಮಂತ್ರವಾದಿ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಮಾಟಗಾರರಾಗಿರುವದಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಕಲ್ಲೆಸೆದು ಕೊಲ್ಲಬೇಕು; ಅವರ ರಕ್ತವು ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಇರುವದು.
